Accell conducted extensive consumer market research and designed and built a state of the art, easy to use, cost-effective EVSE charger solution for you. Simply plug in our AxFAST portable EVSE to charge your electric vehicle. We have supplied the power adapters for typical grounded outlets found in an American household. The charging gun supports the SAE J1772 standard for USA electric vehicles and is built with premium material, allowing for ultra-toughness and waterproof rating of IP55.
Our EVSE charges at a range from 90V to 135V for Level 1 and 190V to 250V for Level 2. It is compatible with all electric vehicles that meet SAE J1772 standards.
For Tesla owners: Tesla requires an additional adapter for converting to SAE J1772 (not included).
When plugged into a properly installed 240V outlet, Level 2 (3.84kW at 16A/240V) charging rate is faster than Level 1 (1.44kW at 12A/120V).
Out of the box, choose to plug into the standard grounded NEMA 5-15 (120V) or a NEMA 6-20 (240V) outlet. If you prefer to utilize the dryer outlet, NEMA 10-30 (240V), the adapter is available for purchase here.
Please note: Level 2 charging requires a properly installed grounded outlet. Consult your electrician first to see if your household meets the requirement. See additional information below under “Before You Buy”.
You have the option of permanently installing the unit on a flat wall or removing it for portability. If permanent installation is preferred, place the unit on a flat wall surface and using the screws and drywall anchors, attach the mounting bracket securely to the wall. The AxFAST EVSE unit is rated IP55 for outdoor use. The unit features a 24.6 ft cable to reach your vehicle with ease.
Utilize the included carry case to take and use the EVSE anywhere plugs may be available.

What are NEMA outlets?
NEMA connectors are power plugs and receptacles used for AC electricity in North America and other countries that use the standards set by the US National Electrical Manufacturers Association. Your household plugs have NEMA ratings.
Do I have NEMA 5-15 in my home?
The 5-15 is by far the most common electrical receptacle in North America in buildings built since the mid-twentieth century. It is usually installed in a duplex configuration; two receptacles may share a common circuit or may each be wired separately, sometimes to a switch. When in doubt, please contact a licensed electrician to verify.
How can I tell if I can charge at Level 2 240V?
NEMA 6-20 and NEMA 10-30 outlets in your home can provide 240V charging. If your house lacks the required outlets, your electrician can install one quickly. Please ensure the sockets installed are properly grounded. Due to safety concerns, our EVSE only operates with grounded outlets.
Do I have a NEMA 5-20 or NEMA 6-20 outlet?
NEMA 5-20 and NEMA 6-20 sockets look very similar yet are drastically different. Please ensure your socket matches the required 6-20 for Level 2 240V charging.
Is AxFAST EVSE a rechargeable battery or power bank for electric vehicles?
No, this is NOT a battery pack/power bank for electric vehicles. The charger has to be plugged into a wall outlet for power. Does not contain a rechargeable battery.
