If at any time within 14 days upon receiving the order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

Accell offers 14-days return for refund, from the date you received your purchase, for products purchased at Accell's online store only. Accell will refund the full purchase cost including original shipping cost upon receipt of the item. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please download and complete an RMA request form. In the remark section indicate “return for refund” and provide a brief explanation of why the product is being returned as your feedback is valuable. Also, include a copy of the original dated sales receipt. This receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Email your RMA form and sales receipt to support@accellww.com with the subject “Return for Refund”.
Do not ship the product until you have been assigned an RMA number.
